Going Down The Rabbit Hole - String Quilt Style
Supply List for Down the Rabbit Hole and Big Stitch Quilting :
Directions are for a lap size quilt, approximately 44”x 54” made from 20, 8” 9-patch variation blocks and 30, 3” posts and sashing.
Fabric: A variety of scraps, fat quarters or 1/4yd cuts in florals, geometrics, plaids, solids – whatever you like to work with. In string quilting the style or color of fabric takes a back seat to value. Be sure to have a variety of values from light, medium to dark.
Background: 2 yards for lap size.
Sewing machine in good working order - including foot pedal, cord and sewing manual. Bring an extra machine needle and a few extra bobbins wound and ready to go if needed.
Basic sewing supplies: thread, pins, scissors, seam ripper, etc.
Mat, ruler and rotary cutter (including a new blade and an extra). *Highly recommended: 8” or larger square ruler.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a store credit equal to class fee.
If class is cancelled by Wooden Gate, we will refund 100% of your class fee.
